Chairman of the Gourd

Our fall specialty is a malty beer full of seasonal spices!  The mash is loaded with real pumpkin puree, while cinnamon, nutmeg, clove, ginger root, and vanilla extract are all added at end of boil.

We also added a touch of Zythos hops for bittering.  This beer also serves as our loving tribute to a Hudson County original: Frank Sinatra, The Chairman of the Board!
