Grammie’s Apple Pie Ale

We set out to recreate our childhood nostalgic experience of a fall meal at Grandma’s table.

We brewed this ale to create a pie crust base by using biscuit and caramel malts. We then fermented the beer on fresh organic apples, and conditioned it on a large amount of brown sugar, and cinnamon. Each sip tastes like a bite of beloved Apple Pie, enjoy with family and good company!
