Phantasmagasm

In collaboration with our friends at Rusty Rail Brewing Company we developed a soft and fluffy delicious Double IPA. Adding Phantasm Powder produced from New Zealand grape skins, and Sabro Incognito in the whirlpool, we then dry hopped with Nelson Sauvin and more Sabro. This one is an explosion of tropical fruit notes, rounded out by a slight wine musk note from the Phantasm and hops.
